Call of Duty series. All FEAR games after the first one. Crysis 1-2.
Frankly 99% of FPS for the past 10 years have a craptastic A.I.

Battle Front 2, loved the first one but the ai in the second would not do a thing. I could never even get past the first level due to the ai squad screwing up.

I feel like every friendly AI from every flight sim ever has been pretty terrible in the sense that they've never been one ounce of help at all... "Attack my target" usually is good to get them to chase your target for about 20 seconds if you're lucky. Actually destroy it? Never lol...

IL2? Friendly AI in that game seem to actually be pretty good. I actually got o where I felt bad whenever someone didnt make it home.

Yes. This x1000. Especially on the harder difficulties. Making A.I. able to land headshots while running, one-handing an AK, at over 100 yards is not an effective way of making a game more difficult. It just shows that the programmers were lazy and it just frustrates the player and shows how terrible the A.I. really is.
