need help with a name/stamp

Hey MCB - so now that i am getting more into photography i was thinking of making a name/stamp/watermark to have on my photos, just so if people want to use them atleast it has my mark on it. Not jumping in to business more of side hobby. Shooting paintball, skateboarding, my kids, and just any events i attend. So any ideas would help me out, something simple like (this is taken already) Snapshot photography - something simple
Any ideas help.
Also dont really want to use my name but first name is Adam - Will be shooting/fliming with a T3

Just put your name and copyright 2012. No need for a goofy name and logo... Lots of people are putting more effort into that than the actual photos, don't be one of them.

I was going to use my name, but for paintball I decided to keep it with my call sign "arson"
So I created Match Strike.

Sit on it for a bit, dont rush it, it will come!

This is what I do, as well as a lot of my friends. You may also want to make the watermark transparent, it will detract from the photos less if its transparent.

That's what I've been doing for the majority of my photos. The font is "Pappo's Blues Band".

When I'm doing a journalist style shoot, where my photos are mostly candids, I typically use a different preset with the date.

I agree with this. I ruined so many cool photos with a dumb watermark/logo.

Alt+0169 in Photoshop creates . Let the photo be the focal point, not the watermark.

Or....

Don't get caught up in the whole watermark deal. Just take pictures, post, and make people happy.

ive tried for a long time to not put watermarks on my photos but when i see my images pop up on others peoples wall on facebook and places like that with a conversation that makes is seem like they took the picture, i get a little upset. im not really looking forward to reuploading everything on there after i put a watermark on it but i will now...

whats the easiest way to save a watermark and pasically just paste it to the image?
