take look at this link it tells how to get. and not know why you would want something with vehicle capabilities including Boost Capacity, Boost Recharge Rate, Boost Recharge Delay. i find for most part you do not need that type of item. unless you love to pull to much. or use vehicle as tank and want to stay in for long fights instead of getting out to fight.

Also, need some advice on power leveling before making the Hero's Pass run on my second playthrough, i'm only a 47 and want to be 50 beofre making that push just to make sure i get the best loots possible. That and i'm tired of fighting all these lvl 50 bad guys with lvl 45-46 purples. I will be burning as many keys as needed to get me a good set of purples before heading down that section.

its under extra the find spot where it ask for shift codes. i have one more question how come you take damage from ride when you get out vehicles. even thou you did not get attacked in vehicles or you damage vehicles too.

whats up with steam being down for most of sat and sun. they got it back up and running then today it went down again.
