2012 week 41
Used the livestrong app for the week
Today I weighted at 152pounds so -1.2pounds compared to last week.
I will sure try it for the month and see what happen.

Belly got some better definition so I think all going well for now :)

Walk 30-45min a day but it getting cold here so I dont know how long ill do that.

I began dieting on wednesday, starting off at about 4000cals a day. Weighed in at 217lbs today, just want to get back down to 200lbs.

4000 calories a day? Holy cow? Unless you are about 8 feet tall that is a LOT of Calories.

I am 6'5 and 2500 is what I need to loose about a pound a week.

I've been eating 4600-5000 cals a day with my weight staying constant, so I figure 4000cals will be a good place to start. In 4-5 weeks my metabolism will probably be down to 2500 though.

About 6' tall BTW. Calorie counts are accurate, if I don't eat the whole package of something I will weigh it out.

Fast metabolism is a blessing and a curse. I'm still force feeding myself, 4000cals is way more than my body wants to take in, but I don't want to lose weight too fast and end up sacrificing muscle with the fat loss, so I'm lowering the cals slowly.

You can cut as much as 20% of daily need so 4k is ok if you burn 5k a day.
At that pace and with enoufh protein in there you wont burn your muscle mass.

Ya, I'm keeping my protein above 220g a day. I try to get atleast 1g per pound of BW.

Just ran a mile. I couldn't even run a third mile two months ago.

4 pounds down since October 1.

No sodas for almost 100 days.

-6 pounds since September 1.

Next tast: Cut the sweet tea. That will be hard.
