Still about 188...
I've been lifting still, and eating a large amount of protein. These next three weeks I'm going to really crack down on what I've been eating.
I'd like to get my body fat % to ~ 10%
That's my end goal, but my primary goal is to get down to under 180 right now and see how I look then.
Still a fair amount of fat on the lower part of my belly.
Anyhow... Here's a photo taken last week. I'm going to really crack down these next three weeks (leaving for the Bahamas) and want to see if there is a noticeable difference between this picture and three weeks from now of hard dieting and lifting...
After that... I figure I have this fall and winter to get my *** in better shape:

At 142lb, broke my 145 plateau.
Been doing insanity and running. This week is my off week, tapering for my first half marathon Sunday.
