2012 week 43 check in
Down to 150
-1pound since last week
Throught the week I got as low as 149.4 but for the last 3days it got back to 150 o.O
Started to eat natural oatsmeal + 1 pre-made pouch(instead of 2pouch only), I wonder when ill get used to the taste >.>
Any tips on getting better taste? Only thing I had was rasberry and the result was bad. :P
OK, I'm for sure getting back into the swing of things as far as posting goes.
Current weight. 142lbs
I completed my first half marathon yesterday. I have world cup this weekend, so I'll be resting my legs and maybe do some weights along with yoga.
Alright.. I was 188 at the beginning of the week. I have ~ 10 lbs more fat I would like to lose, but it just doesn't want to go.
Ah, the dreaded plateau. Try changing your routine up a bit.
