Looking for some photoshop help
My wife had been researching her family tree for the past two years. A couple of days ago she stumbled onto a distant relative in england that had scans of old photographs of her mom's family. Do to some messy divorced in the family ages ago, my mother in law has no pictures of her childhood.
my wife picked one picture that had the whole family in it and what I am asking, could someone help me out and get this picture looking the best it can be. We want to get it framed for her as a christmas present.
I am currently on my phone, and I am not sure of the scan quality.
Here is the pic as my wife texted it to me.

Cleaned up a little, because of the scan quality and compression from texting it,
this picture will only be good for a small print. If you could get a higher quality scan it would help.

I would also rotate it a little bit--it's a little bit sideways. Maybe lower the exposure juuuust a little bit. I'll mess with it next time I'm at my photoshop-equipped computer.

your original pic is way too low of a resolution to "print".
However, it would look OK on a digital picture frame...
