MCB CHECKIINNNNN!!! Week 10
This ain't no mamby pampy bs.
Started my next job this week, but was able to work out like crazy last week.
Last week: 133.6lbs
This week: 132.6lbs
Workout week consisted of:
4x 3 miles of running
Helping volunteer at a marathon, walking all across DC and at all of the memorials. I counted over 30,000 steps in two days.
2x yoga/pilates classes
2x MMA based cardio classes

checking on in after a few week hiatus. Down a few pounds from my 220 to 216 after a great spring break of training. Spring ball starts up next week so I'm sure it will help me cut a few pounds.
-Finishing up reading carb backloading, very soon, and will most likely venture into an eating style like that.
