Holy Flashback Batman! It's Dragon Fire! Does it still work? I can solidly lay the blame for my life long gaming addiction at the feet of Atari.

I honestly don't know yet. I'll be searching Radio shack for an antennae-prong-to-RF adapter, because I don't own a television made before the discovery of color.

I know it did when it was boxed up, but that was over a decade ago. I hadn't seen it since before I moved from Illinois, and somehow completely missed it on three moves and so many years.

But if it does work... It's about as cherry as you can expect from a machine eight years my senior.

Hi,

Cool. My father finds Atari 2600s at garage sales all the time. He usually buys them for the games. Also my father has my original Commodore 64 plus 3 more I think plus software and accessories.

I loved pretty much all the racing games in Atari. Enduro, Grand Prix and Pole position were my favs. As for the C64, I like Micropose Airborne Ranger and F 15. I had about 100 different games for the C64 everything from commando to this neat helo attack game to strip poker and sex games. Old school 8 color porn baby.

Ah, the memories. Though I never had the actual Atari 2600, I had the Sears knockoff that came with better stock controllers. I have always wanted to pick an old 2600 up and make it into a handheld, just never really had the time, money, or faith in my soldering skills to have a real go at it.
