Quick question on downloading fonts

Help someone who still types with two fingers....

I'm looking to download some fonts...I know that they will be in a zip file and I can open them...How do I install them to my fonts section or anyway to use them...thanks

Go to Start, click "Run" and type in "fronts" w/o the quotes.
Just drag and drop the downloaded fonts after then have been unpacked into that folder.
