It's an online 2D multiplayer game from birdseye view. It's a sci fi kind of shooter. It's 100% free. It has about 200 people in the zone so it's got a lot of epic action. It's a little hard in the begining but once you get rolling it's fun. If you want to try it out goto Station.com - Infantry?. Make sure you go to the zone Advanced Eol. That's where all the action is!

More the merrier. Come try it out!

I'll give it a Shot, it reminds me of Shattered Galaxy though.

I just looked at Shattered Galaxy and it looks like Red Alert type of game where you control squads?

In infantry you just control your own guy.

Infantry is RPGish in that you choose your class (Infantry, Jump Trooper, Heavy Weapons, Medic, Engineer etc.) and you can customize your guy with different attributes (Strength, Technical etc.) and there are many different types of weapons.

Last time I played they went to a pay system to be able to save your character and play for more than an hour.

Have they gone back to 100% free play?
