| Too Big-Brotherish for me. The last people in the world that I want to have access to my own files is M$. I told an ACad rep once to actually pound sand when he wouldn't stop trying to sell me the ACad online portion of Land Development.... sure we'll store your drawings for you on the our server and all you have to do is download it work on it and save it back to their server.. you can access it anywhere. Yeah sure, my work can be accessed from anywhere..... by anybody. No thanks. E

| Mmm... yeahhh... I think our servers can handle our own stuff. It's a good idea in theory but in practice, I can't imagine it'd be faster than storing the data locally. Plus, what happens if your service provider goes down? SOL...

 | I wonder how it will work for image/video hosting. I've had a Live account for years (my hotmail account doesn't have numbers in it  ), so it was easy to sign up.So for a quick test drive... | Is there a way to give others the ability to download a file you uploaded to your account? I would think it could make for a nice medium for the 'rents to be able to download video of my little one.

| I wouldn't choose flickR as there is an abundance of adult content allowed on their site. That site is often covered in child porn and other porn. Basically I would suggest photobucket. I trust them a whole lot more than flickR's staff... Just a suggestion from a nobody though. |
