Wireless Router Question

I just got a new computer and set it up yesterday. My old computer had the Linksys wireless router programs set up on it. So on the new computer, is there any way to download the Linksys router programs? I'm asking because our wireless router is set to "unsecure" meaning anyone in the neighborhood with a computer can use our connection. Thank you in advance!

Wireless router all uses a web base interface, there are no workstation installed application, all you need to do is to typing in the router's IP address, Linksys' default address is 192.168.1.1 login as admin with no password.

You can access them through the web UI but a number of the newer units come with software to install the bloatw . .utilities that linksys provides.
