I tried 5 times and failed then he keeps putting hits out on me and when I go to put a hit out on him it said that I'm dead or to week to put a hit out.

I'm level 130 he is 119 and I have 530 members in my mob so I should be able to rob him.

Depends on the strength of the wepons he has for defense vrs yours for attacks, his attack and defense strength may also be higher than yours. I've seen some people have crazy high attack/defense bought with Godfather points.

Honestly, who DOESN'T hit people more than 2-3 times in a row? That's just how the game is played. I honestly don't even look at my activity list anymore, I just check my properties and repair them if I need to. I guess when you are making $250m every hour it doesn't really matter if someone hits you or not.

Yeah or bank a couple billion and then dump all your robbable property and maintain positive cash flow with mafia mikes and vacant property. Then the worst that can be done to you is a $100k per attack.
