I just got it back from getting serviced at microsoft, ohh how I've missed playing fallout and cod! WOOT!

The customer service is pretty decent if you get on them about it...I couldn't get my printer to work for my shipping label so they sent me a box, packing supplies and a shipping label..all I had to do was pack it up and take it to ups...2 weeks later its back, fully repaired, with a free month of x-box live gold membership and a renewed warranty.
