Yeah, the spawns are pretty bad in tdm regardless of it being hardcore or not. I've been spawning a foot in front of people only to get knifed before it feet hit the ground, or a claymore at my feet when I spawn. You'd think the game wouldn't spawn you like that...but no...it does

I bought an HD-PVR that I've been meaning to setup to record the antics of my friends and I.

I should record all the times there's a killcam where you can actually see the guys body still falling while he respawns within sight (and facing towards) me.

Quarry, Wasteland, and the larger maps... not so bad. But the Stim maps irritate me. Even on Rust I don't get revenge killed as often, but maybe it's so packed that that's the thing that keeps me from getting done dirty? I dunno.

Dazzles are really inexpensive, but are non-HD.

Or if you do the whole *AHEM!* "home videos" thingy, then I guess a camcorder/tripod is OK too.

I use a dazzle and the quality was plenty good enough for me to put on youtube.

Fuel is just too big. Snipes paradise. I was playing TDM and couldn't even find anyone for a good 4 minutes. Of course I was getting picked off from the other side of the map when I died tho.

Anybody else the the Resurge pack? It doesn't feel like that it's such a big deal considering the Stim pack wasn't released all that long ago.

Just my $0.02, but I think they came out with the first pack a little too late.

Oh well. It'll still sell like hotcakes I'm sure.

you know... when this thread started I didnt understand this post.. now I totally get it, and Im in complete agreement.. I hate the stupid killstreak bonuses, especially on hardcore--- Hardcore should be fat free.. no extras. Ive had a 6x death streak just from a chopper gunner where I had no chance.. killed while spawning--very annoying.
