OMG! My son NEEDS that gun. He's both a Nerf fanatic and a paintballer... we talk all the time about these kinds of mods.

VM68 for it???

Let me bounce it off of him this evening, and take some pics. I can tell you that the VM is in great shape, as Joe Petty justy replaced every o-ring in the entire gun and there are no real major blemishes in the anno. It still has the plastic sides, but such is life. I just need to see if his 12 year self can adapt to bolt action. Is there a 12gr option as it stands? I'll try to figure something out if not. He'd definitely prefer not to have to deal with a remote line.

Pics of VM later tonight... I get home around 9:30 Central.

This has also inspired me to see if I can fit his Trracer in one of his Nerf shells and get the pump working... he has a whole gun locker full of the stuff!

very cool! but i have not found a way currently to fit a 12 gram changer in there sadly. i personally would run it with a remote line (if i had one) just so that i wouldnt have to deal with the twelvies

I planned on doing the exact same thing with that Nerf gun and a Traccer, just never got around to doing it. I may have to get on that now.

Here's one my buddy made with one of the other nerf guns out there. And yes, the forgrip is the pump handle.

Oh, hell... my son has the CS-35... and a Trracer... conversion, here we come! I'll check with him on the one in this thread tonight, and get some pics of the VM if he's interested...

NOW.. the thing to do is to mill a slot in the barrel, figure out detentes and use air power to shoot Nerf darts!
