All that the so called "cry babies" are wanting is a more reliable system of production updates. Not a thing to ask for, but if a day spent setting up a better web page or something means a day delay getting the gun to us, then F it, get that gun made, we'll see it when we get it!

RBtP, I agree, there are several things that metadyne has done that might have complicated the order process or delayed the shipping date. But all of that was done in an attempt to appease us forum folk, and give us the best gun that they could with the options that we all asked for. Nobody really liked the first barrel, so they arranged for a Null. People then said "hey, Null is great, but a Fibur would be awesome!", so they arranged to get the Fibur. The latest delay was no fault of theirs; other companies are subject to similar issues. Take the G6R. Their milling guy had a health issue that prevented him from making bodies for a while. That put thousands of pre-purchased orders on hold across the country, to a much greater degree than the current Metadyne issue. As a manufacturer, you just cannot foresee some of these problems.

hell there are still plenty of ego11 orders that havent been filled since december because PE cant get them out fast enough

though it would be nice if metadyne did use the face book page they setup we are going on close to a month without a breath of update there, on the main site, or on youtube

I received an invoice today for parts that I have already paid for.

Anyone else have this happen?

Don't know if the whole metadyne system is having a glitch, or if this is an isolated incident. Already emailed the crew, If I don't hear from them soon, I will call and sort it out.

I'm glad to know that the employees at Metadyne are first and foremost airsmiths/machinists and not social media experts. I think I can forgo a weekly update for a superior marker.
