Which coating are you getting? I was just looking at hydrographics, trying to decide...

Sorry, been busy and haven't got to help them out all that much, last time I talked to scott and Brian they were working all of their spare time at the shop on the other 2 machines to get all the internals cut and ready for assembly, when I talked to them... Last week? they said they were looking at a couple weeks out before they would be ready for assembly after anno.

We were told that the rods are fixed and can't be removed. So now it appears that the thumb paddles can't be removed. I was hoping to be able to try it with or without the thumb paddle.
The thumb paddles are/were 2 piece, I haven't seen the production unit yet but I assume it attaches the same way as the prototype, so you can clamp it on anywhere along the pump rods.

Sorry guys, I'll try to stay on top of this a little better

First off thanks for the update... I think some of us were worried they'd sacrificed you to the machining gods. Hoping it would awaken the big metal beast to do their bidding.

Moving it isn't my concern. Not being able to remove it completely is what I'm worried about.

The last time I called them up (Monday) all I heard while on the phone was the sound of the machines...along with Brian telling me to check facebook for all updates

Sorry, guess I should have gone into detail, the thumb paddles were a 2 piece design, so you could just unbolt them and they would separate into halves to take them off/move them around.

How does that work? It looks like they're setscrewed onto the rail

Like I said, haven't seen that specific unit so I'm just going off what Brian told me and how the prototypes were assembled. He could have changed things up and not told me
