mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

This thread was an interesting, albeit long, read. I've just gotten round to cleaning out the rest of the dow55 that my Thumper's previous owner had used but now I'm not sure if I should send mine in now (I think I'm going to need them to dismantle it for me so that I can get it re-anodised) or wait until I actually play with it first. I'm pretty sure the internals aren't the initial release versions but I'm not sure if it's worth upgrading to the latest internals. How much does it cost to get this upgrade done?

The hammer upgrade is free, as is the latest piston.

Soon as I get mine I'm going to throw globs of hater sauce in the piston and see if that does not increase the shots...

I would rather add a washer in the reg and increase output pressure instead.

I would be leery about putting globs of anything in this gun, due to such small air passages in the body.

Yay! I tested out my Thumper (at long last) and it got 31 shots total before the caplet went dead. Admittedly the last 10 shots were a bit soft but I did kinda fire fast so the quick changer was ice cold by about the 20th shot. I'd say that was pretty good so I think I'll hold off until I get to play a walk-on day. If it breaks down on the day then I'll have a real reason to send it in, a better reason than 'I want the latest parts' or 'I want to get it re-anodised so could you take it apart for me, please?'. I don't think there'll be any problems with it. It worked really well this morning. I might try to hook up a HPA tank instead though. I'd forgotten that I don't like using those small CO2 caplets.

Put 20 shots through mine today and was pretty surprised by how light the trigger was. Anyone else feel like they really have to crank down on the stock feed to keep it from swinging sideways when reloading?

I think I'm going to bottom line mine later, but 12 grams are okay. I even tried a bit of underboring and didn't see any biding due to that. Doesn't make sense that it would, but I thought I read someone posted that they saw binding when they underbored. It did bind a little, but it felt more like the "pump" stroke was off center. Just wiggled it a bit and it cocked like it should. Happened maybe 3 times. No idea what it is choronoing at. Hopefully I get to take it to the field soon... but I'll probably get a hand held chrono before that.

I think it also looked really good with my dust black CCM barrel and red sizer!

3 1/2 & 4oz co2 tanks work very well and IMO look sweet.Heck, i even went and got a 10lb co2 bottle and a fill station at the local welding supply so i can do my own fills.
