That is meaningless -- They were all supposed to fix the bending breaking issues

Hope everything goes well (no doubt in my mind it will) and as timely as possible (the time is the question).

Naw, I think he was talking about the old new pistons I know I know it has been confusing for us all. The new ones seem to legitimately solve the problem... but just wait from him to come back and tell us I got it wrong

I just got my thumper back from metadyne with the new thicker piston. Fired it a few times but the the first small o-ring on the shaft of the piston keeps getting cut on the edge of the air hole that meets with the piston chamber. Is anyone else with the new thicker piston having this problem? I'm gonna try smoothing down the edges around the air hole...just need to find the right tool.

All the store tests of the new thick piston were fine but when we field tested it(and increased the velocity) we blew the forward small o-ring out of its groove.
I change the 2 smaller o-rings to urethane and retested in the shop. I will have to shoot it again at the field this week.
I have never had to glue an o-ring in place but if that's what it takes I will try it.

The o-ring was not damaged when it popped out and my body has a bevel where the o-ring would slide back inside.

I will state again...DO NOT AUTO-TRIGGER THE THUMPER.
It was not designed for it and it is why a lot of the guns fail.
