I think it is a modified drop out, but I didn't look CCI. I could be wrong, you would be better to ask Ken.

The bolt pin is in the way of a CCI feed going the other direction. Also, and probably a bigger reason is that when he tried putting a hole for rock forward, the screw went into the barrel threads area and caused the barrel not to thread in.

I have a PPS Stocker Tube That I plan on using for stock class.

I don't know about any cocker bolt fitting. I believe he said that the bolts used are original Sniper bolts. Not sure if that makes them interchangeable with others or not.
