Thanks for the heads up, but asking for shipping to Sweden is a nail in the sellers eye and a hole in my wallet. It looks nice though. I hope someone on this forum buys it and decides to help me...

Cool. As you saw in that picture, I have models of the body, bolt, pump ant pump rods already.

Metric or imperial doesn't matter. I will convert them to metric anyhow because the rest of the CADmodel is in metric.
Imperial will be more accurate per individual measure as it is usually written with three decimals when metric normally only have two. When I convert inches to metric I'll round down to two decimals.
Whichever is more comfortable for you to measure will do.

Hammer
length- 20.36mm
diameter- 19.00mm
sear slot width- 3.27mm
inside diameter (small side)- 6.43mm
inside diameter (large side)- 11.62mm

Barrel
O.D.- 25.40mm
O.D. (slip fit portion)- 22.23mm
bore- .688"
length (slip fit portion)- 60.95mm
groove begins 10.00mm from end of barrel, is 4.23mm wide

will try to break the hammer down today and get the depth of the sear slot, sear pin and spring measurements, and depth to which the inside diameters go, depth of groove on barrel, etc.

Just a thought, was comparing the barrel with some others I have. wouldn't take much to turn down an old All American to fit. same O.D. with lots of material...

I appreciate the work you put into this.
I will try to model them tonight after work (I'm in GMT+1 timezone btw).
A picture of the barrel wouldn't hurt, but it's not a must.

I have sick children at home right now. Not much time infront of the computer to make 3d models then. If and when they are asleep I may have time to make something out of the data you have collected so far.
