Just watch a dis-assembly video if you need to, take it apart once again and wipe
everything down and oil the parts needed.

Makes complete sense. happens to me 1 time out of 3. Its again the arms or the spring at the back not settle properly and its bunching up (thats the weird feeeling you get that its 'catching' on something). Eventually, we'll all get the hang of it.

@joe dirt thanks man

Finally it works

took a bit but its cleaned and works well
there was a small burr on one of the rods that wasnt allowing for a clean pump
and also some debris from the packaging every where in side the marker
now just need to go test it out at the chrono

well negative feedback does sound a bit harsh to me. If It works and was just a lil dusty from the packaging thats a big disappointment but not too horrid. Ive gotten quite a few items in those type of envelopes lately. LOL I learned my lesson after the 3rd one tho. I mean they do a good job with the padding but you have to open them sideways.
I bought an IPOD that came in one along with a net book(which was a PITA to clean that out of the keyboard) but mind you it was in that envelope, then with the rest of the cords in a box. The envelope was just extra padding for the netbook.
Like said before Ive gotten markers with little to no padding before.

Hell I bought a T8 package from a fellow MCB member and 2 of the 3 barrels and a triple mag pouch strap were literally hanging out the side of the box. Now the seller did have it all wrapped up nice in bubblewrap but it looked liked USPS sat on my box and then kicked it a few times. It was defiantly misshaped.
Everything arrived fine but I was a bit concerned when I saw the package and some of its contents on my porch.

I have to disagree with that. If I've just spent a couple of hundred dollards on a marker or anything the very least I expect is for the items to arrive in a box. Common sense should tell you that shipping a heavy-ish metal object inside a paper or carboard envelope, even a padded one, will not end well. Especially given the treatment packages undertake regularly during shipping. I don't care if you pad the inside of the box with trashbags and balled up newspapers, just stick the damn thing in a box for that little bit of added protection. If i get a marker and have to spend a day cleaning envelope padding out of every nook, cranny, and air passage in the gun I'm going to be just as angry as if it came damaged. Ship things the way you'd like to see them arrive to you, bottom line.

I'm not saying go crazy negative, but the next person lining up to buy something from that seller should be made aware this kind of possiblity.
