pmi trracer bottom line

Hey guys. Just wondering if this kit from CCI will fit a 45 m16 gripped Trracer?

What is that bolded part? I have seen M16/Lonestar type grips, euro type grips and "45" blocks, do you mean it has a 45 frame on it? 45 frames normally have standard bottomline holes on them.

That adapter only works with the lonestar style ones and your Trracer is like most and has the Euro grip from the factory.

If it has a rounded shape with finger grooves in it that wont work.

If its slab sided and has one finger bump then it might.

If its the first one you will need a Eurogrip bottom line adapter

99% chance it will not (I wanted to originally do the same thing). if you want a cheap bottomline option other than 45 grip frame buy a lone star grip frame and bottomline adapter from bacci (total like $25.00ish) and you'll get almost exactly the same setup you pictured (although imho the lone star/eurogrip setup is a little more comfy).

Mike uses Ramline grips not Lonestar and I don't think the two are interchangeable.

I have two grips. The i planed on using was the 2nd pictured pmi.. i might email bacci and see what he has. Would love to just buy it as a kit without piecing it together.

Mine has the trapped door in the bottom of it.

The second one loooks like a lone star from what I can tell, in which case using it would probably be possible with a bottom line adapter (like you said good idea to get in touch with bassi cause dan will figure it out one way or another). The first picture looks like standard eurogrip which you mention, and I think bacci has adapter for one of those but honestly I've never seen a bottomline eurogrip so I have no idea about that. Like I said, I can vouch for the comfort of the bottom lined lone star! :)

That or a Lonestar bottomline ASA

Here's the comparison:

However, they don't make these anymore, and that long screw is really the key to both of these bottomlines, I recommend you just get a Phantom 45 grip frame and mount a regular bottomline to it.

The Phantom 45 grip frame also shares the same mount screw/ hole size as the trracer, which is very handy.

Dito. Nice pics btw, well done sir! The lonestar and bottomline adapter, as far as I know, as a little easier to find than the eurogrip bottomline adapter these day. But that just might be more my location or whatever than availability where you're located OP

That's good news if they are still making the Lonestar ASA. :clapping: Even though the Euro Grip ASA is the better one, it is still better than nothing.

Do you have a link or location where the Lonestar ASA is being sold, it'd be great info. Thanks!
