Micro Phantom drop out and liquid co2

Reading around, it seems like the consensus is that 10*C/50*F is the coldest I can expect to run 12g effectively. This is for a marker tuned for gas, correct?

Now, if I want to tune for liquid, what kind of temps am I looking at?

The marker I have in mind is a Micro Phantom with a drop out valve.
