You use cocker barrels correct? The Electrical tape detent works great on my Sterling give that a try. It's non-destructive costs next to nothing and it works for me.
Here is a thread that has several different detent ideas. Just do a search for detents and you'll find all kinds of solutions/suggestions on how to fix your issue.

I put it all together.. my bolt has an oring on it. It seems to be sticking with the oring on. Just wondering what kind of efficiency or fps id loose by not using the oring

I tried mine without the oring on the tip, it barely shot at all. I turned down the OD of the oring groove so the oring wouldn't drag as much. Now it pumps considerably smoother. I also turned down the bolt tip so it could fit in a 0.670 freak insert....just in case :-)

The tip is turned down to about 0.667 and I buffed about 0.002 out of the oring grove to reduce drag.

With the velocity up, and original barrel, its the loudest on the field :-) Now it is much quieter.
I got the 45 frame off a spyder clone. Many old spyders use the bolt on grip frame.
Barrel options are almost none. Even the ones you can get won't stop roll outs.
I use a 45/45 tank but would like a 13/30.
I would like to know who these folks are. I have been trying to find someone to do rethreads or barrel adapters (this is what I really want actually, haha). Please help, thanks!

I have a J&J Ceramic on my Maverick with the tape mod, works great, but will have to be replaced after a day of playing.
