STO pump velocity issues

I have a STO autococker pump that when you first shoot it it has normal velocity around 280 then if you keep shooting it the velocity will just drop to like 90 or so. If anyone has any clue what's wrong with it please post an answer.
Thanks, M

My guess would be reg creep. As it's used the reg is increasing pressure, sealing the valve too quickly. This is assuming you're using a tank and not 12 grams.

An hpr rebuild/replacement may be due. As stated, your reg may be creeping to a point of operating pressure being too high, or not recharging fast enough. I had this issue with my black magic reg and it turned out to be a bad reg seat.

Right now I have a cp reg and I'm running a 50/45 on it. Do I need a new reg?

Might be a silly question, but did you check the velocity adjuster o-ring?

If it's bad, or missing, then cocking the gun and shooting it may cause the va to unscrew, decreasing your velocity.

Its weird though its not gradual it's just a sudden drop then it will shoot normal again after a couple more shots

I had one that needed to be devolumized in order to shoot the best. I would look into that prior to updating the reg
