| Why don't CCM make the mini kit anymore? Main question is: why don't CCM make the mini kit anymore? I heard because they were too expensive but I would definitely drop the cash for a CCM over WWA anyday. Second question: For my pump build (I found a jackal RDL body Are the jackal RDLs pre-99? Or something else. I'm talking about the later models (the ones that were completely bare-bones). Thanks, Arpie

| Active Member | I got a pre 2k mini kit from them and had nothing but problems with it. I first had to find a vertical adapter that fit (ended up getting a extreme rage one that worked) then had issues with getting the fps up. I took it all apart and found that there was only one small airway milled on it. I added 2 more to increase the flow and that cured the starvation issue. Don't get me wrong I love my CCM kits feel but I wish I would have went with the white wolf version that had the built on vert adapter.

| They might fix the starvation problems but WWA users have also found problems with starvation. Arpie

| I think it comes down to demand. Although it may seems as if it has a large demand, compared to full bodies, there isn't. So if they put them into a full time production item, the few people who want them get theirs, and they have to sit on the rest. If they wait and do a small run now, and then the people who want them, get them, and because its not a large scale, they can still keep resources on the bigger things like th S6, normal kits, and frames. That way they don't end up stealing from Peter to pay Paul. If that makes sense.

| Sounds like starvation issues are from people running too low of a pressure. Shorter body = less valve space = higher pressures needed.

| Is it really worth mini-ing? How much weight will a shave off? I just wish you could use a 15 frontblock with a pump kit. 15s are so comfy. Arpie
