Where to send a sterling for service?

I recently picked up a sterling vsc and was looking forward to making it one of my main markers, but it has some issues. First, I cannot get it to chrono above 260 fps, no matter how many springs I try. Second, the trigger will only trip the sear 1 out of every 5 pulls unless you hold the pump handle forward which then causes it to shoot about 190 fps. I've taken apart the grip frame and put it back together numerous times trying to figure it out on my own, but I'm now at the point where I don't have the patience to do it any more. So I need to find out where to send it for service. I have sent at least 5 emails and left at least 5 messages at the email address and phone numbers on their website. Are they still even dealing with service issues anymore? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
