Looks like the screw broke off in the snub you may beable to use "MIGHTY PUDDY!"

Or drill n tap the screw out might get messy I think I would use "MIGHTY PUDDY!"

After years of procrastinating I finally drilled out a stuck screw in my gorgeous, barely used old bushmaster. Mine was the rear body screw.

Anyway, I was intending to pick up a couple of Lapco tubes, cup seals, and some springs, 'cause I lot half of those I had. Who sells a good nelson spring kit anymore? I don't trust that cocker kit crap. And I don't remember, is there a reason there are about a dozen different Lapco valve seats? Is there any need for one, or is the OD of the Lapco power tube the same as the Line SI?

Spring kits are hard to find, Tagroland has some in the buy n sale but they are minus one color but shoot real good.

Thank you for the help and info. Now I understand why it was covered with a yellow goo all over it. It was something to hold it in place. I'll have to find something similar around here.

Not just springs, but elbows are a pain too.

I forgot how much 'fun' those old guns are with things like this. That feed neck OD is huuuge. Going through the back at my buddy's store, didn't find an elbow currently stocked that can be shoehorned over it without serious force. And it seems like all of my old elbows are just held together with electrical tape and optimism at this point. Yeesh.

Atomic Elbows from APP fit GREAT on these and work equally well. I'd pick up one or a few; I know Titus deals em. Viewloader/BE hoppers come with a 1" elbow, too, if you're lucky.

Pick up an old ammo box hopper and it will fit inside the neck. They feed reliably and are quite low profile compared to a hopper + elbow.

Hammer Red-Blue- Green- Yellow

Valve Red-Blue Green -Yellow

Some sets the Green is stiffer than the Blue and other are opposite, so check yours by squeezing it.
