Need a wee bit of help: It seems like it's shooting low, how do I change this? It's a Bushmaster Deluxe and Gogged_Gurl says its an adjustable hammer. Which direction (looking down the barrel) do I turn it to get it up? I know if I turn it counter-clockwise about one more turn then were it is now, I can't get the hammer to catch the bolt (outside of the gun), the spring just seems too long.

If the sear won't catch the velocity screw is too high. you might want to change the main spring to a heavier one. sometimes you can put a lighter valve spring in to increase your velocity too

Tagroland has no more springs. If anyone knows an alternate source, that'd be great.

I appearantly have a green valve and red main. Highest I can turn it and where the bolt will still catch the valve and its about 40 FPS short... will cutting the red mainspring and moving the valve-wall-setting thingy forward increase FPS or decrease?

The adjustable hammer works on compression, screw in to bring velocity down or screw out to bring velocity up.

The red valve spring will work great, especially with 12sies, keep it. All you need is a new stiffer Main Spring. The Autococker spring kit's main springs will drop right in.

Use red valve spring with a blue main spring as a starting point and just tune from there.

I know Muza, I have a Red Main Spring and a Green Valve Spring but it's still not enough somehow, even with the hammer adjusted as much as possible... if I turn it anymore I can't push the bolt and hammer enough (outside the gun) to get the sear to catch, the spring is fully compressed then and won't catch.

Used a hand grey chrono, not best paint in the world, the shop let me use it for free so yeah... Air Tank I used had 1000psi, Co2 had about half-fill on it I think.
