Has anyone tried a Phantom L-Stock on a Bushy M-16? Or any Lone Star, I guess.. Trying to get a nice bottomline or Cali style setup on mine, without breaking the bank.

And good old california style setups aren't easy to come by. But I have a WWA ring for a phantom stock.. Might as well get a phantom stock, I guess.

How are the feednecks attached on Bushmasters? Pressed, threaded, welded, glued? Do Phantom springs work well?

Here's mine: ![]() ![]() I bought it at Skirmish the Store not long before the 1990 models (single rear body screw) came out. The salesman told me that it was used by their sponsored team for one tournament before it was given/sold back to the store. There was no visible wear on the marker whatsoever. Stock internals except for: #4 Nelson Powertube (stock one broke in the very late 90s) Thunderpig Spring Kit Other mods: Pita Block (barrel retention) repaired/replaced by Skirmish the Store, early 90s Palmers Barrel recently purchased for today's paint Spyder Compact 45 Grip (still have the original Lone Star M-16 Grip) Brass Trigger Shoe DIY slot covers I'm proud to say I only lost one screw- one of the two little ones that hold the ASA on. I'm looking to shoot it at OA Rosedale's Pump Scenario this March.
