They were trying even back then to match the bore to the paint, so they decided to develop bores to match the most common paints used at that time - Nelson and RPS.

OOOOHhhhhh..... Gotcha! On the MII's CASL advertised the two barrel sizes as "Summer" and Winter". They also advertised that the barrel was in 3-point round. I'm glad they put all of that effort into the barrel, cause it sure does shoot straight (and loud). |
