Still have mine. I bought a PPS barrel for mine as well. Last year or something. Still haven't played with it since. I got my Retro 7 shortly after and that's all I've used since.

You're right though, the brass barrel definitely changes the balance of the gun.

EDIT: Woah, I just checked my email records. I ordered the barrel in 2011. Granted, it took a few months to receive (I don't think they stock them, so custom order and they only do nickel plating in big batches...). But damn, time flies. Have I really not played with my Ghost in 2 years? I find that hard to believe, but it might be true. Not that it's a bad gun, I just really haven't played much in the past few years, and typically go with something smaller like my Nelspot or Retro 7.

If I had a Retro 7 my Ghost would probably see a lot less play time too but my Ghost and the Brassterling are my only two pumps at the moment, and the brass is having some velocity issues that I still haven't bothered to work out since I don't own a chronograph, so the Ghost is still my definite go-to for pump play (and I've been playing mostly pump for years).

Found the paper trail for my barrel too, ordered June 2012 and shipped October 2012. But I'd been planning on it for quite some time before then. Looking back in this thread, I actually posted when I ordered and when I received it as well haha. Mine is nickel dusted and that was the reason they gave for the long build time as well.

What bore size did you order from Palmers?

I had mine Freak bored by Stanchy. I may go the the stock class game on April 5th at SC Village and use it there.

I still have mine and it's kickin' it as well. I have been using the End Game Compression Barrel on it. The only marker I will never sale.

JCS stock, PPS barrel, and Lapco-provided shortened 10rd feed. Perfect VSC setup IMO.

Neat! #274 reporting in. I haven't played in so long but I really want to take one of these configurations out:

Micro-Ghost with 10 round tube and short double vented PPS

Unvented PPS, 3.5 oz CO2, and LAPCO feed

Superlong setup with dropout

My fancy case foam (kaizen) where the marker spends most of its time

and the other side
