Autococker Frame onto Hammer?

Hey do you think it is possible to custom fit an autococker grip frame onto a Hammer? i just got one with the plastic frame and want something a little more durable and comfortable

Would need alot of customizing to get it to work. But anything is possible. It's the cost thats some times not feasible
