Carbon fiiber feed help

I have a CF Phantom feed tube from Aardvark over at Phog and was wondering if you could help me out. Doesn't fit very snuggly into the feedblock so I was wondering if you could make a threaded tube that I could glue or otherwise attach it to that would thread into the feedblock the way the stock one does or would otherwise tighten it up.

Put set screws in the feed block to hold it

Im pretty sure it is well known that you need to put some tape around the CF tubes to make them fit snug like the factory tubes do.

I did tape one of them I had but my buddy shot it right off my gun so I was trying to think of something to make it a little more secure
