Needs a carry handle more than anything. I can't figure out where the front hand is supposed to go!

I wasn't able to find a comfy spot to put my hand. Only spot that seemed comfy was with the one hand on the sceptor. But would be more comfy if it was only one of them there.

But i bet more then anything that hand will spend more time pressed against a tree. So you can rest a little.

I would just run 1 scepter.

That thing needs a harness (like the Spec Ops Hammer) and a trailer for the scuba tank!

Nice work tho. Looks really well done.
