Flyingpootang and mailmanmike. i'm sorry but i screwed up royally. I shipped your stuff out and was just cleaning off my bench and realized i screwed up.

Flyingpootang I sent you back the wrong body. I sent you one that was on the bench with out looking at it.

Mailmanmike I sent your stuff back but forgot to do the sc feed and tap the body. The sc feed is still here.

What a way to turn a crappy weekend into a disaster.

What else happen this weekend.
Spent a few hours designing and milling out a stockclass feed for a cocker. and when i was just about done realized it wasn't what he wanted and had to make a new. Bugger up the second one and the third is not yet complete.

Wife wouldn't leave me alone long enough to get anything accomplished in one shot. So i would get side tracked. Took a hack saw to my x3 cnc Since the drill press feature was pissing me off. SO removed the parts and cut the shaft flush to the body.

One thing i did do right was made the frame part to add a power draw bar to my x3 cnc. But all the parts for that won't be here for another week. I hate company's the calculate shipping time form order date, but then wait 3 days to ship it out. Whats the point?

Oh yeah also flooded the backyard when i over filled the kiddie pool (for the kids). Forgot the water running. and then the side wall collapsed. Of coarse the kids had to go splash in the muddy water.

So how was your weekend? I know knox55 has me beat.

I was given the job of designing "The Producers" for a local theater. Which considering it will only be my second time designing is awesome.

I found out the other day the director doesn't want to deal with anything complex. I finally get a chance to do something great, and the director wants High School level mediocrity... Actually, most High Schools I think are above this level.

(To parallel, it would be similar to someone saying they wanted you to be part of some new revolutionary design, and then finding out that they really only wanted a Swiss Cheese 'Cocker body.)

I begun building the playhouse from hell. The instructions say "allow 36-48 hrs for set-up" at first I was thinking yeah right. This thing is made from about 100 pieces of pine with a 5 gallon bag full of hardware and instruction that probably the worst ive seen yet. The worst part is that nothing is pre-drilled or labeled.

I got about 4 hours into this thing and decided that a weekend full of friends and beer should take care of it.


Other than that Ive been attacking the new anno kit trying out different things...some good and some bad.

What did the SC adapter that you messed up look like? Would it happen to look cool and fit on a SC body phantom?

Not my weekend, but today has been shenanigans. I'm working at an animation studio as a storyboard coordinator and we're two weeks behind schedule. One of my jobs is to prep an animatic (a movie made of storyboard panels w/ sound) for review by a director. So, the director sits down today and finds out that the episode's revisions from like three weeks ago were never scanned in and I didn't notice because it happened just as I was replacing the last coordinator.

So, here I sit playing "spot the difference" with an animatic and a storyboard...

You definitely do not deserve this happening to you Claudio. Neither do the rest of us. But... Today is Thursday. We can save the up and coming one.

ugh.. wow, everyones had a bad one

I halfblocked a body way to thin.. and had to do some evasive mill work to rescue it...
Scheduled an outlaw paintball game and worked on the feild for a good 6hrs before hand... only to have 2 people show up out of the 15 I had confirmed who could come... One who I invited, and one who was trespassing and didn't know what she was in for..
