Lexan CCM Hitman Mod?

Would you have the capabilities/interest in doing a Lexan (or acryllic) hitman mod for a CCM Pump kit?

Thanks!

Oops, forgot to mention that I was hoping it could be a one piece plate to replace to current one on my CCM pump kit... I guess similar to the ones hvacman did, but lexan.

So get back to me if this can happen, even if you can't start it anytime soon I'd like to know if you were interested so I can hold off until you are able to accept more work.

Only issue I see with it. Is the whole plate and hittman section would need to remain the same thickness. If shaved down it may weaken it to much and break.

Hmm you think even a small amount of shaping would compromise the strength enough to break it.

If it would be easier, I assume a smaller one piece lexan plate/hitman mod could be made to bolt on behind the stock CCM pump plate. That would allow the entire piece to be made smaller, thus allowing the hitman mod to also stay low profile without adding too much bulk to the pump kit.

I'm open to ideas, adapt and overcome as long as we can get it done!

Well you have more knowledge of what would or would not work. If you think of anything that is feasible please let me know because money is not an object if we can get this done.
