Milling and possibly more

Hey Rainman. First off, big fan of your milling and anno work. That's the biggest reason I'm coming to you. I would like a bit of milling, and possibly some "etching" or what ever it would be. Here's a picture of the body I'm working with:

The milling I want done is to get where the gills are milled through and to create a bit smoother and rounded look to them than what they are now. The engraving work, would be to have SOPC engraved on matching spots on each side of the body. It would be like SO (ball detent) PC and the same on other side, but with the feedneck. The lettering I'm going for is really simple like the SOPC in this pic:

Or would it be cheaper to do "tattoos" or laser engraving?

Lastly, only if you'd like to as there are other people I can bring it to have anodized. I would like to get it anodized in an orange. I would need to get the body and 8 parts anodized.

How much would it cost for all of that? And would you do the anodizing? Thanks for all the help.

Well the milling is not a big deal. The gills would need to be done manually.( easier to line it up true that way)

The engaving may be an issue with getting it as you want, I think finding the right size for it would biggest problem there.

The orange i have is a golden orange. Same as the one found on Schmitt's Sniper.

is this the sniper you're talking about?

If so do you have a purple or a darkblue/aqua?

Do you think a tattoo would be better? You still do those don't you? I might save you the trouble of anodizing and ask kidneythief.

Actually I'm also gonna need to get the front block threading enlarged to 2k for a kit I got.

alright sorry about all the idea changing. I've come to a decision. I just want the gills milled through and to create a bit smoother and rounded look to them than what they are now. And then have the body and 6 parts anodized purple. Would it be possible if a sent a part to have it all matched to? Lastly would you be able to reanodize a black part clear? All anodized part are gloss right now and I want them to stay gloss.

How much is this all going to cost? Thanks for the patience.
