Custom machine work?

Rainman229 or you other machinists out there, I have what I hope will be a *cough* simple machine job. I would to take a freak back and machine it to fit into a Line SI Bushmaster.

I have not checked the ID of the freak back and the smallest OD of a Bushmaster barrel but if there is enough meat left on the barrel the the largest OD of the freak back does not interfere with the pump is should be an easy job given that there are no threads involved, just nice round lathe type shapes.

Oh and no finish work is needed, no media blasting or anno, machine marks are fine since it'll be under the pump.

with out measurements can't say. but freaks can't go to thin or they bend very easily.
