Impulse milling?

Hey Rainman, I have never done any sort of business with you, but have heard and seen nothing but execellent things about your work.
So I was wondering if you would do custom milling on an Impulse, not at this exact moment mind you but sometime in the future. Currently I trying to get some moneys, and was wondering if you would do the custom milling and how much it would cost.
Basically I would like the top tube cut into something awsome looking and possibly a new paint job if its not too expensive.
How much would it be for the top tube cut to basically look like the top of a Ego 07 or watever? And how much for a fresh purple-ish color?

You know since rainman is down I would suggest you look into elia, they started out doing many different milling styles on imps and they are fairly cheap because they are already setup for doing imps. Also if you could get ahold of tarantula he had some pretty cool imp designs as well and is setup for them also.
