Autococker bolt mod?

Hi, can you do a bolt coversion? Specifically, making a dye reflex autococker's twistlock aluminum bolt into a delrin one? Like so here:

WGP Autococker Dye Reflex pump with delrin bolt - eBay (item 110328022584 end time Dec-21-08 10:11:57 PST)

Or designing one entirely ground up to fit?
Thanks!

Doing the bolt is the easy part. The back block is the hard part. Wouldn't even know were to start on that.

It doesn't look like anything needs to be done to the back block, just putting a delrin front on the bolt

yea, that's what I mean. like cutting the first 2/3 of the bolt off, and modeling a delrin bolt after it, and attaching it to the back 1/3(which is the twistlock part). Or making one completely out of delrin?

Totally miss read that.(at least someone was paying attention)

Making a whole bolt shouldn't be all that hard. Would more then likely be easiest of 2
