Rainman Shout-out...

I've only had one other experience with Rainman (sent him 2 RMs a while back), and I just want to say that once again, I'm blown away by both his responsiveness (lots of e-mails) and his turn-around. I sent him a marker, and then told him I did, begging for it to be done within a week or two for Castle. He had it up and running and tweaked within 24hrs of receiving it. He's sending it with someone and I'll be picking it up at Castle.

How many other Airsmiths operate like this? None that I've ever heard of.

Claudio, you rock! With all the airsmith bashing that seems to be rampant in the PB community, you just never give anyone the opportunity to complain. I just figured you deserved some credit!

I n my one deal with claudio the job wasnt correct but he asked me to send the goods back along with the rest of the gun and he would make them right, He definitly came through for me and fast too. I will look to him before even considering anyone else in the future.

Oh my milling was off just a tad. No Reason to go spreading rumors now

That tends to happen on pump mags from time to time. But live and learn. Thats why i rather have the pump kit to. To make sure it all fits up nice.

Claudio has done great anno work for me now, on 3 occassions (well, two that I asked for, and one he had up for sale) Unbelievable turn around time, and and excellent businessman.

By no means do I intend to offend there rainman. I know Pmags are pretty tight on specs and that most mags are a little different from one another. I doubt that many airsmiths would have taken their work back for repair and have such a fast turnaround time.

I will be looking to you in the near future for some more work.

As if your price wasnt sweet enough you took care of the gun even after it left your hands, and for that I thank you greatly.

I work in manufacturing and know that no matter how hard a person tries or preventative steps and procedures something will eventually unintentionally slip out the door when it shouldnt have, and a good measure is in how the issue is taken care of. You took care of my issue well beyond expectations.

Sounds more like its the original manufacturer's fault.

Honestly, The way a business handles problems speaks much more to their character than how they handle it when everything goes perfect. I think we all know Rainman is a class act.

. I'm so tired of hearing how great he is lol. It just got to the point where I had to beg him to hold my gun hostage and lie to me lol.
Awesome person, he'll be doing some more work for me soon.
