Undercocking kit.... Not working

I cant get my undercocking kit to align up right for nothing and if I got it together I would have to bang it on the ground just to cock it which I am not doing to my brand new phantom.

Tips?

Does the mount sit flush. When screwed down or does it seem at a slight angle up?

Hard to tell whats wrong with little to no details or pictures with it on.

Send it it back I'll try it out ,if i see it's the kit I'll replace it. I tested most of the mounts but occasionally one slips by.

Yeah the mount does not sit flush. My camera no longer works at the moment, but I do have my phone camera - which you still dont see s|-|!^

When I attach the mount to the phantom with out connecting the pump rod I can see it is off a good 1/8 or better. I think the rod was off to the right, but this was almost 3 hours ago and i cant not be 100% sure.
