LatoolMan Public Thank you

Jimmy Thanks for your help and input. Came out awesome and works great.

Well for people reading this. Jim came over yesterday and helped me create an enclosure for my new cnc. Jimmy's ideas Made the enclosure setup easier to make and cheaper in the long run. then my original idea. Plus we pretty much pulled an all niter doing it.

Thank you jim

Came out good !!!! did you wear alot of silicone??? that's was my cue to leave

Hey shoot me the dimension's of the front removable cover... i got's an idea I want try to make this week... Give you some move room up front and not have to modify the base setup....

18x23 3/4 sheet... then I remember the bottom hole being 6 3/8's to 13 1/2" but forget how high the vise is....

The front lexan window is 18x 23 5/8s
the hole cut out for the vise about 5" x4" it's not centered.
right side (facing the machine) is 10 1/8 to the hole
left side is 8 3/8s .

Only other issue i see when adding this extender is we need to move the rod thats at the top. I was thinking of measuring and adding new holes for it just above the vise. or i would have to make something that comes up and over the head.

Covered in silicone thats and under statement. Had to leaks when done. One i didn't think about and the other minor and requires drilling and taping another hole. The big leak was if the table clogs up theres a big gap under the vise i didn't see. and it water falls out for it. lol. Small bead of silicone took care of that. The other leak is at the back rail that mounts to the bed. Not that bad of a leak. but annoying non the less. I need to add 2 more screws back there. And that should take care of that.

Nice sounds like it's close then.... did the draw of stuff fill with the water

I want to try bending some plastic up ... Give you another few inches in the front and try to integrate that top rod into the piece...
