SOLD - KP2-DF - lots of pics

Hey guys,

I picked this up a little over a year ago on eBay while I was in a nostalgia driven purchasing frenzy. Haven't played with it since and realized I probably never will. Since I don't consider myself a collector I'm now trying to offload any guns I don't actually use regularly. My goal is to get down to 2 or 3. A man still needs a backup after all.

I've gone over it cleaning, lubing it up and putting new dope on all the airline fittings. But I never touched the valve. Mainly because it wasn't a priority for me and because I lack any special valve tools.

Gassed it up and dry fired a few time the other day. I could just make out a slight leak coming from the front end. I'm pretty sure it was from the lower tube but I can't be positive. If I had to guess, which is exactly what I'm doing, I'd say it was because I skipped the valve. Shining a light down the lower tube did reveal some gunk back there. So key points; it holds air, cocks smoothly, fires and the thumb safety works fine. On the other hand the valve needs to be at least cleaned and possibly a seal replaced.

Oh, it also has the red Cooper-T bolt, RVA screw, and the feed neck is a bolt-on for relatively painless conversion back to stock class. The 7oz tank in the pictures can be swapped for the ten oz it came with or you can leave the tank out altogether if you think it will help with shipping. Here's your pics...

I'm looking for $400. No trades please. Let me know if that seems reasonable. Tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance are mandatory on this one. I would prefer Paypal, but if you choose to pay by check or money order then obviously shipping follows payment clearance.

The gun isn't packed yet so let me know if I can provide any additional pics.

That pump handle, isn't stock is it? If not, what is it/who makes it?

Hey Titus,

No I don't think it is stock. The color seems too light to me and it's the only plastic on the gun. It's hard, solid and smooth, it's also unmarked. So I can't tell you the brand. Maybe it's homemade? Perhaps a member who knows the KP family better could tell us.

The bracket is marked "Assault Line". I haven't seen it before but it does give a slightly lower overall profile.

Assault line

also is the maker of the pump. I have a Nelspot modified by them.

The pump Isn't stock, probably an early cooper-T pump.
