Mint Nel-Spot 007

I picked this one up from MaD here on MCB this past April. MaD did the full restoration on it. It's been completely stripped, cleaned and powder coated black. All of the internals have been polished, as well as the barrel. It's a second gen Nel-Spot with the removable barrel sleeve.

I had originally intended to use this in our stock-class games, but to be honest, it's just too nice. Other than about 20 rounds rounds fired off from the back deck, it has remained unused and works flawlessly. I figure it's time for me to let someone else enjoy it.

Aside from an original, brand-new Nel-Spot, I doubt you'll find one nicer than this. I'm including an original pump handle with the gun (note that the pump handle has been drilled to accommodate a double slotted bolt). As you can see, this gun is the definition of "mint", and an awesome piece of paintball history.

That nelspot never needs lube, shoots 2,000 ball per second, never needs reloaded, doesn't require an air source and when the paintball hits somebody the result is the same as if Chuck Norris round house kicked them.
He nick named the gun Reggie.

And SOLD! That was the quickest gun sale I've had on MCB to date. Barely 5 hours. I wish all my sales went that fast.

Who powdercoated that?
How much did it set you back?
Did you do the frame too?

El Jeffe! All these questions need to be directed to MaD here on MCB. He did all the work, but I can tell you the frame was powder coated as well.

Was a nice gun, kind of miss it. I think the powder will hold up pretty well if it's shot (better than the factory finish)

Ken did the powder (KPCS) and yes, the frame was done too. I don't recall the price and probably wouldn't post it anyway but Ken has his rates posted and has very reasonable rates. Not sure if I took photos of that gun but it was the "brother" or second one I did after this one:

A sad little nelspot made happy again
