SOLD Early Sterling Sovereign
I've got an early sterling sovereign up for grabs. I know this wasn't built before 1995, but I seem to see sovereigns posted in this subforum. I haven't had the frame off in a long time so I'm not sure of the serial, but it is one of the first with a hard line. The gun works well, has no leaks, and is in time.
It has an awesome trigger pull. The plate is nice and wide and the sear is a newer autococker sear (the original was pretty dinged up.) The trigger is mounted on a brass tipped screw up front and a solid brass screw in the back. It's about as smooth and tight as you can get one of these guns to be.
The gun does show some wear, but nothing out of hand for something this age. There are scratches here and there, but no gnarly gouges. It includes what you see on the gun. It has a smart parts barrel, and that's about it for aftermarket. The guard was hacked back when that was the cool thing to do, but it doesn't affect performance negatively. I rebuilt the gun a couple of years ago and it hasn't been used much since. As stated before, everything works as it should.
Price: $175 shipped, no trades please. SOLD
Paypal is preferred for payment and I will ship USPS priority, usually the next day.
Post or PM with any questions.
